The training impressed participants very positively. They particularly recognised its relevance to learning to fly, eg, dealing with stress, decision-making, use of scenarios in the learning environment, calibrating judgement, formal processes for managing Situation Awareness. Some noted its application across generational cultures (no old/young divide). In particular, they foresaw value in advancing their future career aspirations (as airline pilots) by acquiring a competitive edge and distinguishing themselves from other applicants through concrete evidence of lower error potential.
