David Cathcart created LinkLearn, during his time as the Chief Executive Officer of Raine & Horne. It was launched with the sanction of the Office of Fair Trading and prominent industry figures attending and endorsing its launch.

The history of Registration and Licencing Courses has always been a long and drawn out process. This has been a process that has infuriated and expensed Principals and Franchisors due to the extensive completion time and time off work.
